Sanitary Needle Valve
Designed for controlling liquids and gases in hygienic and aseptic processes.
The Rattiinox Type 049 needle valves are designed for controlling liquids and gases in pharmaceutical processes. The valve body is machined from solid 316L (1.4405) compound. Double metal closure, with no gaskets between the body and the rod valve guide. All Rattiinox aseptic valves and fittings are engineered for Aseptic and High Purity Applications. The valve is standard with a PTFE seal (FDA). Laser marking is standard to comply with traceability and validation requirements. Material 3.1 certificates according to FDA or USP and internal surface finishing check is standard.
- TRI-CLAMP OUTLET per ASTM A270 flange design according to ASME-BPE 2009 or welding ends
- Finishing: Ra ≤ 0,4 μm
- Ext. Finishing Ra ≤ 0,8 μm Poli Miroir
- Conditions de travail maximales: 10 bars (120 psi) et 150 °C (300 °F)
- Available sizes: 1/2″ à 2,5″ tri-clamp
