Two materials: PTFE and AISI 316L without asymptotic seals. Innovative internal design with inclined contact surfaces to drain the fluid. Fully autoclavable.
Diaphragm closes at the inlet seat of the product port connection, eliminating the dead leg. Removable handle available for valves equipped with SIP connection.
- Offered in both standard (short) and extended valve diaphragm designs
- Documentation: Laser marking for traceability and validation processes
- Material certificates 3.1, FDA or USP, internal surface finishing check as standard
- Finishing: Ra ≤ 0,4 µm | Ra ≤ 0,8 µm Mirror Polished
- Max Working Conditions: 10 bar (150 psi) and 150°C (300°F)
- Gaskets: USP CLASS VI - 121° PTFE
