Compact CIP system is a mobile, cost-effective clean-in-place (CIP) system designed to serve the needs of processes in the sanitary industry without compromising functionality or quality. Compact CIP systems are typically conceived for customers new to CIP and for those with smaller budgets. With these customers in mind, mobility and versatility become key features. Compact CIP has large caster wheels and a small footprint, allowing it to be moved easily.
Base configuration:
- 1 tank for preparing the cleaning solution
- Pressure monitoring sensor
- Centrifugal supply pump.
- Control valves for water inlet, recirculation loop and one CIP circuit
- Base frame with wheels.
- Stainless steel electric panel or variable-frequency drive
- Tested and verified in our installations.
Options :
- Electrical resistance heating with temperature regulation fitted in the tank
- Level sensor for volume monitoring
- Detergent concentration dosing pump with a conductivity meter.
- Flow detector in the return line
- CIP return pump.
- Flow rate control with a flow meter.
- Cleaning process data recording
